This workshop is an introduction to Kundalini Yoga. We will talk about your energetic body and how you can affect your energy flow. You will learn about the various techniques employed by Kundalini Yoga, including using pranayama, mudras and mantras and how they can benefit you. You will get to experience a kriya and meditation and a long Gong Relaxation. We'll share tea at the end! Come join us for an enlightening class about Kundalini Yoga and how it can benefit your life!
