This class begins wiith a breif introduction followed by an explaination of the flow of the class and a demonstration of how to apply each breath we will be using throughout the class. Once everyone has settled into the space, we put on our eye masks and commence the shaking part of the experience. After moving with our energy and waking up our bodies, we will lay down with a yoga mat and pillow to start the first round of breathing. With my guidance, you will be told when to ramp up the breathing as each song progresses. After the fifth and final round, we will come to stillness and journey with a guided meditation with crytal sound bowls, ending the experience with a sharing cirlce.
