Explore movement that can reveal and alter habits responsible for chronic stress or pains. Students will learn to strengthen muscles, safeguard the spine, protect their hips and lower back, build balancing skills, improve the health and flexibility of joints with blood circulation exercises and safe resistance-training postures. This class offers lots of personal support including mindful breathing techniques.

Our large studio allows for social distancing and has doors that open to outside for proper ventilation and fresh air. We maintain high levels of regular sanitization, always.
