A fun, healthy, Total Body Resistance eXercise class just for
teens! Created by a Navy SEAL to keep in shape while in the field,
TRX is embraced by elite athletes and people of all ages to improve
core and overall strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance. By
using suspension straps, gravity, and their own body weight, teens
work at their own fitness level and control intensity. Two
instructors will work with up to 6 teens. Training will be assisted
by former VHS basketball standout Matteo Whelton, An Emory
University basketball recruit.
