Open to all level yogis. This workshop will offer a variety of poses to open hips and work on flexibility. Dena will review several different hip opening postures with suggestions for each individual. You will learn the benefits of increasing hip movement and ways to improve flexibility based on your own anatomy.
The workshop will begin with a 15-minute warm up, 30-minute hip opening pose instruction and conclude with a 45-minute yoga class and savasana.
