All levels are welcome for this relaxed vinyasa class that
will integrate breathing techniques and stretching for the body.
The movements are both gentle and challenging. Consistent practice
will allow the body and mind to surpass new limits. Meditation is
included in this class.
Atmananda yoga classes focus on proper alignment and safe movements to comfortably move the body with the breath.
