Happy Hour Fridays
are back! Join us every second Friday of the month for
Barre
Barre is a fun, low-impact workout that combines
Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, and strengthening exercises. This class will
sculpt and shape long lean muscles without the impact on your
joints. We will build strength
and endurance while also improving balance and
flexibility. Barre
improves core strength and posture while toning your entire
body.
Light hand weights, balls, gliders, yoga blocks,
and resistance bands are sometimes used but workouts can be done
without any equipment. Folding chairs may be used and will be
supplied for in-studio class. All experience levels are
welcome.
