<p>It's time to manifest your body's potential to be limber and strong! </p>
<p>This class is a different kind of exercise class that uses body weight exercises and highly efective, targeted stretches to increase your flexibility and your muscle tone at the same time. </p>
<p>You don't need to already be strong or particularly flexible, and you don't need to be an aerialist or a yogi. Everyone has a body, and all bodies of all shapes and sizes benefit from being stronger and stretchier.</p>
<p>Focus areas will include splits and backbends. </p>
<p>All equipment provided. Wear clothes that allow for easy movement. </p>
