It's time to manifest your body's potential to be limber and strong!
This class is a different kind of exercise class that uses body weight exercises and highly efective, targeted stretches to increase your flexibility and your muscle tone at the same time.
You don't need to already be strong or particularly flexible, and you don't need to be an aerialist or a yogi. Everyone has a body, and all bodies of all shapes and sizes benefit from being stronger and stretchier.
Focus areas will include splits and backbends.
All equipment provided. Wear clothes that allow for easy movement.
