and abs.
YO - inspired in yoga, it's a modern twist on deep stretching
in a non-stop, action-packed class that will take your strength,
balance, and flexibility to the next level. Simple, consistent
choreography and a casual setting make YO easy to follow and a
total blast. Adaptable to all levels, YO will quickly become the
