This slow flow class is a flow class that is slowed down, holding each posture for several rounds of breath so that you can fully explore and experience each pose offered. Poses are offered with a number of options allowing you to approach the practice at the level that meets you in the moment (gentle to moderate). The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. All are welcome. Experience not required. Flexibility not required!
This class is an in studio class! During the COVID-19 pandemic CDC guidelines and state mandates will be followed as indicated. 1) Please pre-register for class prior to arriving at the studio - class sizes are limited, 2) Please wear a mask when you enter the building, 3) If you can display your vaccination record card (or a photo of it) to you teacher and you have completed your final vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to class your teacher will tell you that you can remove your mask, (If you are not yet fully innoculated you will need to where a mask while in the building), 4) you are encouraged to bring your own mat and props (mat, 1-2 blocks, and a strap are recommended - new and used props are available for sale) We do have a limited number of mats and props available for your use, 5) If you cannot come to a class you have registered for you NEED TO CANCEL. The canclelation window is available up to an hour before class. If you do not cancel at least 1 hour prior to class your class pass will be charged for the class.
