Are you new to yoga? Are you a more experienced practitioner who would like to deepen your knowledge, increase mobility, and soften into longer held postures? Yoga Foundations Refresher is a short series in which we will build a foundational practice and share in community. Introduction to the theory and practice of asana (steady-held posture) and pranayama (breath control). Move efficiently. Increase vitality. Develop flexibility. Build a regular practice in a beautiful, calming space. Come for the 6-week series, and stay on, after the series, for a regular Friday morning Mixed-Level/Moderate yoga practice. Open to all (age 14+). Welcoming all bodies and fitness level.
Teacher, Laurah Klepinger (full
bio), has over two decades experience teaching yoga,
including four years at yoga centers and ashrams in South India,
where she conducted PhD research on the transnational history and
practice of yoga.
