Slow Flow offers you the space to take extra time getting in and out of poses, giving you room to breathe and experience each movement with love and attention. Take it at your own pace, adding challenge or simplifying. Don't be fooled, you will still enjoy the strength building and movement you are looking for, just with a little more time for mindfulness. Sometimes we wind things down with some nice, juicy restorative poses at the end.
