All levels are welcome for this gentle yet powerful vinyasa flow, where we tune into self love and self care, focusing on alignment and safely opening up the body at your own pace. We will tune into our breath and into our body with movement. With a mixture of seated, standing and bending poses, we will make sure to target every part of the body. We work through repetition & affirmations to break through barriers in the mind and body and on and off the mat, creating new boundaries for ourselves so we can bring this awarenss with us all through life. There is no expectation, come as you are. Let's breathe.
