Yoga Nidra is a profoundly transformative practice that leads to
lasting psychological change, as well as physical and emotional
healing. It teaches you how to live a contented life, free of
conflict, anxiety, fear and suffering by opening your mind and body
to their inherent ground of health and wholeness.
This class is open to anyone who would
like to reduce stress and inner conflict.
Teacher Karen Lee is a certified yoga
therapist and the owner of Breathing Time Yoga. She trained with
Richard Miller in Yoga Nidra and uses it as part of her personal
yoga practice. She is interested in sharing this practice with you
at this time, due to the increased anxiety and stress that many
people are feeling at this time.
