This class is our Kids Skills
Basics class with an integration of climbing on our bouldering wall
and a fun filled NINJA style obstacle course, which will challenge
core stability, mobility and strength.
The class begins with our La
Sierra Warmup, which involves dynamic stretches, push ups and
ballistic movement to warm up the body. The participants are then
put through our gymnastic holds, a challenging obstacle course, and
climbing on our bouldering wall.
Bouldering is rock climbing
stripped down to its core. The challenge is to climb short yet
tricky bouldering routes using balance, technique, strength, and
your brain.
