This class was inspired by our Women's Strength class to give
teenage/tween girls a supportive environment to tap into their true
potential.
Strength is something that is both physical and mental, and teens tend to judge themselves when it comes their body. Surrounded by other females, the coach will guide the girls through programming that teaches them how to properly workout and how to support each other as strong girls become strong women.
