Learn the top four techniques that can quickly and effectively calm
your nervous system:
~ Grounding in the somatic felt experience of the
body.
~ Working with breath to induce a relaxation response.
~ Working with bursts of activity interspersed with

You'll be be encouraged to practice the sessions by watching the videos of practices in between class sessions. For the most part the practices are shorter (15- 45 minutes). Class will also include some educational content about how anxeity works and how interventions work, as well as discussion about how to bring these skills into your daily life.
This workshop series will meet four times: Thursday 1/6, 1/13, 1/20 & 1/27 at 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Included in your registration will be a complimentary 1:1 ninety minute consultation with Karen Lee, yoga therapist.
