challenge your muscles and build cardio at the same time in this
fitness extravaganza!
This 45-minute class is for all levels and can be accessed
virtually or in-person.
If joining us virtually here is a list of items you will
probably need in this class. It's not the end of the world if you
don't have them:
- Dumbbells or Kettlebells in various weights
- Resistance bands in various weights
- Weighted items like gallon of water, laundry detergent,
backpack full of books or a small child.
