Prenatal Yoga & Meditation
This is a class made specifically for pregnant women. Yoga is an amazing way to help prepare your body for childbirth. These classes will introduce you to specific yoga poses that are meant to help open and tighten the hips and strengthen the pelvic floor. You will also learn breathing techniques that can also help mentally prepare you for labor. Understanding how you can use your breath to calm down the stress of labor can ultimately relieve some of your fear.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment : 3
Classes will be canceled if they do not reach the minimum registration requirement.
You will be informed of this cancelation at least 60 minutes before class.
Always check the schedule for schedule changes.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
