Postnatal Yoga & Meditation
This is a class made specifically for women recovering from childbirth. You made it through pregnancy and labor, now its time to begin the healing process.
Yoga is an great way to restore from childbirth. These classes will include a combination of meditation, pranayama, slow yoga, and as well as some more upbeat and faster paced flows to help get back into shape.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment : 3
Classes will be canceled if they do not reach the minimum registration requirement.
You will be informed of this cancelation at least 60 minutes before class.
Always check the schedule for schedule changes.

Please preregister at least 90 minutes before class.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
