Tired of rushing through your day? In “Mindful
Movement”, you are encouraged to slow down - your body, your
movements, your breath, your thoughts - in order to fully explore
all the elements of your poses. We'll spend time experiencing
the beauty, the depth, the benefits, the alignment, and the
variations of each pose. We'll use props to help us open and
hold our poses safely and with stability. Movements and
techniques from other practices, such as restorative yoga, chi
gong, yin, and yoga nidra will add variety and awareness to our
practice. Come, breathe, and ease into the serenity, the
stretch, and the strength of slowing down.
