Prenatal Yoga with Angela O'Sullivan RPYT, Doula
This yoga class is for students who are expecting. As always, please check with your OB/GYN to make sure you are cleared to resume or begin a yoga practice. Utilizing specific yoga postures, breath work, and mindfulness techniques, this class allows you to strengthen, tone, and stretch the physical body, while tapping into the rest and relaxation of the emotional and mental body. This class will be a slower progression class to attend to the specific dynamics of the students. Please bring anything you need to keep yourself comfortable.
