This is a mulit-levels skills class combining more than 2 skills together. You can up your level of training by incorporating drops, dives, and rolls into your foot lock and load knot skills.We will work load knot combos, foot lock combos, and combos that move up and down the silks.
Stringing together multiple skills can be challenging and will begin to progress your endurance level and your ability level. We prefer to define a person's ability level by endurance rather than specific skills, so this class will focus on getting you to achieve your highest and safest level with multi-skill combos.
Class is one hour, so come early to stretch and warm-up on the mats. You will have plenty of time after class to cool down and stretch out.
