reduced stress, improved immunity, and symptom relief for common
health issues. Contemplation techniques help us release our
tendency to fall into habitual thought patterns and get caught up
in the modern world’s demands.

experience necessary. 4 hours Continuing Education (TTP) (Intro to
Pranayama and Meditation) for Yoga Teachers through Yoga
Alliance.
The Retreat will be based at the Flycatcher Ramada. Picnic tables are provided; you're welcome to bring your own lawn chair. While snacks and water will be provided, we suggest that you bring your own sack lunch, a sweater or jacket, and a hat.
The Flycatcher Ramada has parking and restrooms nearby.
Please note: Catalina State Park admission is NOT included (a day pass is $7/vehicle for up to 4 adults, and Arizona state park annual passes may be used by the passholder and up to 3 additional adults in the same vehicle).
