- No yoga.
- Guided meditation for grounding and visualization.
WHAT TO BRING:
- A comfortable seat for meditation -- cushion or blanket.
- A journal and a pen.
- OPTIONAL: The vision and goals you created at HOW TO GET THE FUTURE YOU WANT: A VISION AND GOALS WORKSHOP
