This is a class developed to strengthen your walking skills. We will focus on outdoor gait training, leg strength, and balance. We will also learn techniques for a more confident and pain-free walking, or hiking, experience.
Each class begins in the studio with a short foot and gait oriented Pilates workout and to functionally stretch and activate muscles for a safe and optimal experience.
