Slow down, cultivate stillness, and create space. Often called the practice of contemplation, Yin Yoga focuses on holding passive stretches in order to move beyond the superficial muscles and release tension. This gentle floor sequence can feel intense as we learn to observe sensation, surrender to movement and experience each moment.
We know not everyone is equipped with a full yoga prop kit, so the only props you will be asked to use are firm pillows, 2 blocks/thick books and a blanket (but feel free to gather whatever you have around the house you think you might want!)
