This class is designed using the Pilates principles: Breath, Concentration, Center, Control, Precision & Flow.
This class alternates between seated and standing positions, focusing on strengthening the core and exercises to improve balance. It is a graduated increase of strength class from the Chair Pilates (1) class, also using several props: weights, tennis balls, blocks, Pilates mini ball and a Gondola Pole. Taught by Susanne Sharrard, certified chair Pilates instructor.
