Kid's yoga combines traditional yoga poses with reading, singing, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. Props and music are used with movement to help build strength, flexibility, and coordination as well as providing children with strategies to manage emotions and “big feelings". Bring comfy clothing and a yoga mat and be ready to have some fun!
Ideal for ages 4-6 but 3 and 7 year olds are welcome!
