Learn Sun Salutations, fundamental poses, alignment, and variations in this 2 hour workshop. Perfect for those who are new to yoga, who have questions to ask, and who are ready to get with the flow! Gain the confidence and knowledge to practice and participate in Vinyasa/Flow classes.
Please note: paricipants must bring a yoga mat (we do not have mats for use at our studio)
*Registration required 48-hours prior to workshop
*A minimum of 3 students is required for this workshop
