Kundalini Yoga works on the energy channels and meridians of the body, using postures, movement, breath, eye gaze, mudra, and mantra to activate pressure points within the body, enabling us to reach a higher state of consciousness and mental clarity.

Kundalini awakening occurs through meditation, pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (body locks) and the chanting of mantras, collectively known as a 'Kriya'. Each class is different and each Kriya is designed to have a different positive effect on your being.
Each class will include a smaller amount of asanas (postures) but with unique breath work making this class easy for beginners as well as advanced students. We will learn to identify our Dosha’s (The three energies that define every person's makeup.) and what yoga will be best to keep your dosha balanced.
