FW Strong s an express class featuring full body moves to get you lean and strong with the structure of AMRAP( of as many reps as possible) you can do in that interval.
In FW Strong we are focussing on building strength using heavier weights. But start with lighter if needed! The Intervals are short and minimal rest so heavier weights is most effective.
8, 10 and or 15lbs is recommended, You May go heavier as your fitness level increases.
