Online: the class is offered only online
A minimum of one year's experience with the Iyengar Yoga method is suggested. However, modifications and progressions will be thoughtfully provided for those who may need them.
Meghan was introduced to Iyengar yoga in 2007 when she moved from her native Texas home to Venice Italy, where she currently lives and works. After several years of being a practitioner she followed her desire to teach and completed Teacher Training in 2020 under the guidance of Emilia Pagani, becoming a CIYT Level 1. Since the lockdowns she has regularly practiced with Randy Just via Zoom and is excited to teach at the studio.
She encourages her students with a smile and precise instructions and genuinely wants to help them build confidence in their yoga practice.
In order to receive notifications from the studio including your zoom links and class recordings, you must be signed up for notifications. You can find this setting in your account, select My Profile, and click the Notifications tab. Under notifications make sure you have schedule and reminders, account management and news and updates set to “ON.” If you have them on and still do not receive notifications you need to check your junk mail account.
