Barre is a low impact, alignment based workout that uses techniques from ballet, pilates and yoga to help students improve their strength, flexibility, balance and overall stamina. Open to all levels.

This in-studio class is currently capped at 12 students to provide comfortable distancing. Because space is limited, we ask that you please register for class ahead of time to reserve your spot. If you register for class and do not show up, you will still be charged your session.
