Class Description: Get ready to have your heart rate soar and body sweaty and sculpted! This cardio + "on your mat" shaping and toning class combines heart pumping cardiovascular exercises followed with light weight/high rep sculpting. You'll use your body weight, a variety light dumbbells, Pilates balls, bands and experience a full-body awesomness!
