Patrons are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid19.
During this 60 min session we will explore and refine some of the movements you already know while introducing you to a whole new world of exercises that touch on a combination of strength, mobility and endurance. We use simple tools like gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, barbells and combine with various elements from sports, dance, martial arts, yoga and parkour. This class will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.Depending on weather conditions we might have this class indoors.
