<p>Power Hour is purely a strength training class that is designed to strengthen all the major muscle groups, building bigger and stronger muscles. There are three variations of Power Hour, Upper Body Push (chest and triceps), Upper Body Pull (back and biceps) , and Lower Body. “Upper Body” focuses primarily on pushing and pulling movements, while “Lower Body” focuses on all things from the waist down.</p>
<p>Power Hour is a 60-minute class. Each class will have a warm-up, strength training exercises, and a short finisher that includes the core. This class is designed to challenge you through every rep and every set, so be ready to lift heavier weights than you’re used to.</p>
<p>Please remember that you must bring your SIN Fitness journal (and a pen) to this class. If you do not have a SIN Fitness journal, you coach will provide you with your first journal at no charge. Replacement journals are $3/ea.</p>
