This practice joins breath and movement into an energetic and
powerful flow of various asana (poses). In an “advanced” practice,
we may focus on breath, asana, or philosophy to bring a broader
understanding of YOGA to class. You can always expect to sweat and
detoxify as you simultaneously clear your mind of anxiety, worry,
and stress. By connecting the mind, body, and spirit in this
challenging practice, you move into your fullest expression - both
on and off of the mat.
