For students who are comfortable with the skills learned in "Silks Level 2" classes and who have obtained instructor approval to level up. In this class, we will introduce more complex combos and drops, while working on developing the necessary strength for more advanced moves. Students will gain a solid understanding of how their body and the apparatus moves in the air.
How To Prepare: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. It's best to wearform-fitting clothing that covers your underarms and knees (for example, a fitted t-shirt and leggings). A top with sleeves is required. Clothing with zippers, buttons, dangling straps, or anything else that may snag the fabric is prohibited. All jewelry is prohibited.
No Shows/Cancelations: We require a minimum of 12 hours of cancellation notice in order to keep your class credit. If you choose to cancel within 12 hours of the class, class credit will be lost.
