When most people think of yoga, they think of Vinyasa yoga. Our Vinyasa Flow classes focus on uniting your body with your breath as you flow from one pose to the next. Students are often instructed to inhale with one pose and exhale with the next, moving (or flowing!) through a sequence of poses back-to-back. These sequences often includes Sun Salutations, where you will flow from Plank Pose to Upward Dog Pose or Cobra Pose back to Downward-Facing Dog, or Down Dog. Vinyasa classes generally include more movement than some of the other yoga classes we offer at Austin Yoga Tree. *Beginners and all levels welcome!
