Align & Flow is a 60-minute class that will move slowly, focusing on steady breathing and alignment. Students can expect to use props and other tools as feedback to help them understand the biomechanics of the movement. This class is suitable for people who have some yoga experience but not necessarily advance practitioners.
This is an in-person class only! Please read below before joining us:
1.Masks are required in the common spaces, but once on your mat, you are welcome to remove them as desired. Mats will be placed 6' apart in the studio.
2. Please consider bringing your own mat and any props.
3. Please note, this in-person class only has room for 10! Be sure to register ahead of time to save your spot at least 60 minutes before the start of class. If you need to cancel, we ask you to do it at least 60-minutes before the start of class to give your spot to someone else who might be on the waitlist (otherwise, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged.)
