Yoga philosophy is rich with discussions about identifying and embracing your personal dharma - your true life's work. This 10-hour workshop will include information from the Bhagavad Gita, describing the concept of dharma, and the 4 Basic Aims of Life (Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksa). There will also be activities for you to design a personal vision, identifying your strengths, defining personal boundaries, and methods for cultivating your best self. Each day of the training will include some lecture and a guided practice (including asana, pranayama, and meditation). You will leave this training with tools to help you identify your personal path. For yoga teachers, there are 10 CEUs for Yoga Alliance.
