Working
on general body mobility and flexibility both on the ground and in
the air? This is the PERFECT workshop to help work towards your
flexibility goals on the mat, in the hoop or on the silks! You
can't be flexible without being MOBILE first! We'll warm up and
lubricate our joints by opening the hips, splits and lengthening
the spine and hamstrings in preparation and in support of our mat
and aerial practices. Using mat yoga sequences and poses along with
drills on the aerial hammock you'll leave feeling excited and
refreshed with some new flexibility workoutsand mobility drills to
bring home and add into your practice/every day lives!
