The Hot 60 Express is a compressed version of the Traditional
Hot Yoga series with 26 postures and 2 breathing. Instead of
the usual 90 minutes, this class is done in 60 minutes for those
yoga students who are short on time. This class is a great stretch,
sweat, and cardio routine (shorter is not neccarily easier!). Clear
verbal instructions are given throughout the class. Beginners are
welcome. Room is heated.
