The Bridge Class is designed to introduce two pillars in the same class. For example, a class may bring elements of integration and awareness, or may combine strength training with awareness. Alecia's classes feature a strong “mindfulness” component, where you will drop into your own awareness of your current mind/body state. From there, attention is given to gentle warmups, which slowly build into an effective and worthwhile sequence. Alicia has dedicated nearly two decades of study and practice to the field of health and wellness. While earning a Master’s Degree of Physical Therapy she gained a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and this knowledge is woven through her classes.
