The class is a beautiful balance starting with a slow flow practice matching mindful movement with breath.
We will raise our inner fire through breath, sun salutations,
balance, and strength. Once you are warm, muscles primed, you will
transition into a sweet surrender of yin yoga postures and sound
healing, relaxing the nervous system, clearing the energy &
emotional bodies.
Each week will target different Yang/Yin
meridians.
