30 minutes - YES you can do anything for 30 minutes!!!
This class is focused on climbing hills, and then racing back
down, building power and speed.
No dancing on the bike (by that we mean pumping and
dipping)
Great class for all levels and espcially for the men that dont
want to add in upper body movements to there ride!
P.S. This class used to be called Mens... same great class
just a name change
