Lucie’s moderately-paced Integration and Awareness yoga classes incorporate creative sequencing of postures and exploration of breath to awaken energy flow in the body. Her aim is to make yoga accessible to anyone with a desire to learn, and that students leave her classes feeling inspired, challenged, and empowered to live more fully alive. Lucie also teaches Yoga Nidra classes for insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Because of the inherent therapeutic potential of yoga, students often report increased vitality, reduced stress, improved quality of life, and other healing benefits from their yoga practice.
