Special Note: Class now starting from 5-6:15pm for
Fall.Sunday Night Surrender 75 min Yoga class offers a
slower paced practice in a relaxed, non-competitive setting. This
practice creates a balance in the body by developing strength and
flexibility, enhancing mental focus, reducing stress and improving
overall health. The class begins with breathing and centering
exercises, is set to fun and/or soothing music and ends with a
relaxation that is accompanied by light massage/ adjustments using
essential oils...if Covid protocol allow. This class is accessible
to people of all sizes, ages and fitness levels. Modifications will
be provided so that you may practice at your own level of
experience. Please bring a yoga mat, small towel and water to
class.
