Fall Glute Camp is a 6 week camp hosted every Saturday from Oct 2 - Nov 6. One hour of high-intensity lower body workouts designed to target glutes, strengthen, and build definition in thighs all while building muscular strength/endurance as well as burning unwanted body fat. During this course there will be a variety of different workouts added each week. This is a absolutely no judgment zone class & beginners friendly.
